Where's my order?
To check on where your order is, you can track the package with the provided tracking number that was sent via email. If you don’t see the email, try checking your email's Junk Mail folder.
If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us and we'll be more than happy to go all CSI on it.
We can’t wait for your new stuff to reach your tough dog but most orders take anywhere from 1-3 business days to arrive within the US once shipped. Some larger items may take up to 5 days to reach. International orders vary by destination and service-level. See our shipping policy for more details.
How do I cancel or change my order?
To cancel an order, simply contact us with the appropriate information and order number right away. We'll be glad to help you out. Most orders are shipped out within a few hours so it may be too late to cancel the order, BUT we'll work out a solution for you.
Orders once submitted can not be changed so to make changes to an order, we would have to cancel the existing order (which will be refunded, of course) and you can then reorder with any changes you would like to make.
If you would like to add products to an existing order that has already been submitted, you would have to add your products to a new, separate order.

Since we're located in North Carolina we have to charge sales tax for any orders placed in North Carolina.
